Abbe Richards PT, DPT, has a doctorate in physical therapy. Previously, she worked as a Physical Therapist Consultant and has been working in the field for nearly 8 years. She specializes in physical therapy and Trigger Point Dry Needling.

Abbe uses an active approach to rehabilitation focusing on load management and progressive overload. She works in the Kendall Square location. She incorporates functional movement patterns and sport-specific drills to get patients back to doing the activities and sports they love. She works with patients over age nine.
