About

Abbie King, MS, CCC-SLP, ATP is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Assistive Technology Professional. She works in the Augmentative Communication Program and also in the Waltham Department of Otolaryngology and Communication Enhancement, where she is based. She has extensive training in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and assistive technology. 

Abbie has experience primarily in therapeutic settings. She is licensed as an Assistive Technology Professional from the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America and has a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). In addition, Abbie works as an adjunct professor at Emerson College.
