Allison Smith, M.A. CCC-SLP, is the owner of Backyard SLP. She is a state-licensed pediatric and speech language pathologist with over 20 years of experience in early intervention, public schools and hospitals. She is a certified member of ASHA and is a member of ASHA’s Special Interest Group: Language, Learning, and Education.

Using evidence-based practices, Allison provides therapy in early language development, receptive and expressive language, articulation, phonological processes, play skills literacy, social skills, and executive functioning. During the warmer months, she conducts many sessions outdoors and engages in nature activities with her clients.

Insurance: Allison does not take any insurance but provides information for insurance companies to reimburse clients. She accepts checks and all major credit cards.
