Anthony Rofino, LMHC, MA (he/him), is a counselor with top specialties in LGBTQ+ issues, Transgender issues, and Self-Esteem. He has significant experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and the polyamorous community. His areas of interest include (but are not limited to): depression/anxiety, life transitions, college mental health, LGBTQIA+ issues, emotion regulation, and issues with relationships.
Anthony utilizes techniques such as mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, strength-based therapy, and coping skill training.
