Barbara J. Rich, M.Ed. offers mature, collaborative advocacy, coaching, and consultation on behalf of students who learn differently. I have been a Learning Disabilities teacher, Special Education Director for 2 school systems, and since 2001, a Special Education Advocate/Parent and Consultant.I also offer 1:1 tutoring on Zoom, for elementary through high school. I attend Team meetings & help create conflict-free, collaboration with families, students and school systems.
