Caroline Novak, LICSW, specializes in supporting children and adolescents through navigating neurodiversity, anxiety, depression and life’s transitional challenges. She utilizes components of Narrative Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; however, her approach is always open minded and can be tailored to meet the needs of each client.


Caroline has worked with parents through supporting their children and managing their stress that comes with being a parent. She is passionate about working with families and helping improve their communication skills in the nuclear family environment.
