Courtney Stellmach, LMHC, CEIS, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Early Intervention Specialist. She has experience working with families, young children 0-5, older children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She has worked in a variety of settings including residential facilities, public schools, acute treatment facilities, community outreach, and therapeutic schools.

Courtney uses an eclectic approach and utilizes evidence based treatment modalities including Play Therapy, Expressive Therapies, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and relationship building interventions including Child-Parent Psychotherapy. She believes there is no one size fits all with therapy and prioritizes individualization and collaboration. She works at the Tyngsborough location.

Insurance: All our counselors are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum (UnitedHealthcare, United Behavioral Health, Mass General Brigham Health Plan/AllWays), Evernorth (formerly Cigna), and Point 32 Health (Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts commercial plans). For certain other plans, we are able to accept out of network benefits.
