Georgia Hunt
About
Georgia Hunt, SLP, is a licensed Speech-language Pathologist by Massachusetts. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has treated clients across the lifespan in early intervention, hospital settings, public school systems, and private clinics.
Georgia’s clinical interests include early language intervention, caregiver involvement, gestalt language learners, pediatric feeding disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, and speech sound disorders. She recently attended the Massachusetts Early Intervention Consortium and took an Introduction to Developmental Individual-Differences (DIR) Floortime course. She is committed to client-and-family-centered, child-led, play-based, neurodiverse affirming care.
Insurance: The Speech Therapy Center accepts Harvard Pilgrim health Care, Tufts health Care (Commercial Plans), Mass General Brigham Health Plan (except for Mass General Brigham MassHealth), Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Health Plans Inc., Cigna (select plans), and Medicare.
