Joan Baumer

Joan E. Baumer, MD, FAAFP, is the President and Chief Medical Officer of MassTex Imaging, LLC, and one of its founding members. She has over 45 years of experience in her field and has completed both residency and fellowship in Family Medicine. Her career has expanded to chairing departments, supervising other physicians, and developing programs, as well as working in direct patient care.

Dr. Baumer is a member and president of DiagnosTEX and Professional Imaging, LLC in Texas. In addition, she runs and chairs the Family Medicine Department at John Peter Smith Hospital in Texas.
