Kimberly Coleman-Pegg, MM, MS, CCC-SLP, is a licensed speech-language pathologist.. Her extensive experience includes, but is not limited to: a long-term acute care hospital with a specialty in trachs/vents, skilled nursing facilities, short-term rehabilitation, elementary through high school settings, and private voice studios and clinics. Recently, Kimberly has joyfully supervised graduate students during clinical placements. She is also an active researcher and published author in the areas of voice and swallowing with concern to patients’ quality of life. She earned a Master’s in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Mississippi, which informs her work.
Kimberly’s main concentrations and licenses include Voice, Singing Voice Rehabilitation, Velopharyngeal Insufficiency, Functional swallowing disorders, Adult and geriatric cognitive rehabilitation, Oral functioning and swallowing disorders, Dementia, Cognition, post-stroke & brain injury, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Speech Generating Devices (SGD) certified.
