Kimberly Porter
About
Kimberly Porter, CEIS, MS, CCC-SLP, is the clinical director and owner of Core Communication Center. She is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed in Massachusetts. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Speech-Language Hearing Association (MSHA). Kim has provided therapy in many clinical settings including Early Intervention, Hospitals and Rehabilitation settings. She has assessed and treated a variety of speech language disorders in people of all ages.
Kim has a Certification as an Early Intervention Specialist (CEIS) and has been awarded multiple ACE continuing education awards by ASHA. She is Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT) trained, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) Level 1 trained, Lee Silverman Voice Technique (LSVT)-LOUD certified and has also attended trainings to study the Michelle Garcia Winner Social Thinking program. She has also been recognized for advanced training and clinical expertise in Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) by Apraxia Kids.
