Lindsey Sumpman, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist. She has a lot of experience practicing in outpatient orthopedics with a focus on sports medicine and pediatric sports injuries, including Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) rehabilitation. She has also taken continuing education courses in pelvic health rehabilitation and enjoys working with the pregnant and postpartum population.
Lindsey is well-versed in the relationship between nutrition and athletic performance, including research experience related to Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). She loves working with winter sports athletes and has experience in dance and field hockey.
