I first create a student profile based on the findings of all relevant evaluations. I then work with parents, educators, administrators, providers, and district legal counsel to develop evidence-based and trauma-informed IEPs/504 Plans to address the social, emotional, behavioral and learning needs of the student. Experience with: writing 504 Plans/IEPs, team meetings, mediation, providing professional development trainings and evaluations, and consulting to public (Mansfield & Milton Public Schools), private, and residential therapeutic programs, as well as colleges and universities.
