Lori Azzara

About

Dr. Azzara is President of the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society (MNS) for the 2017-2018 year and is very involved with advocacy work on behalf of patients and colleagues with some of the major insurance companies.  

Dr. Azzara has a part-time practice with an office in Stoughton, Massachusetts but frequently sees patients in their home or the rehabilitation center they are currently residing in. Patients are seen on the North and South Shore, metropolitan Boston and Metro West.

Dr. Azzara provides comprehensive neuropsychological assessment – including evaluations to determine an individual’s capacity to make informed decisions, personality assessment, as well as intelligence and achievement testing for individuals across the lifespan including children (age 9-12), adolescents, adults, and older adults.
