Michelle Freeman, LICSW, works with individuals of all ages and populations to help them cope with life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and relationship issues. She uses many therapeutic modalities and focuses on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed care.
Michelle has trained and worked in various hospital and mental health settings, including Boston Children’s Hospital. She has treated individuals with psychiatric needs ranging from depressive disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, addiction and psychosis. She has experience working with individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. She works with children, preteens, teens and adults.
