Paul J. Simeone, PhD, CCC-SLP is a licensed speech-language pathologist in Massachusetts. He is the Vice President of Assistive Technology and Allied Health at May Institute, a national organization that provides services and supports to people with disabilities across the lifespan. He is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Dr. Simeone has published papers in Autism Research, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Journal of Speech, Language, and Hearing Research, Evidenced-Based Communication Assessment and Intervention, and Behavior Analysis in Practice. He has presented at many prestigious conferences. He has published about various aspects of using and teaching with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), about how autistic people use various aspects of language, and about Matrix training and using it to work with autistic people.
