About

Rachel Holmes. LICSW, works with individuals to help them cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficulties with life transitions, self-esteem, substance abuse, and more. She works with a wide range of clients, from adolescents to adults. She utilizes techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, while keeping a focus on harm reduction and trauma informed care.


Rachel has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, treating mental health and substance use disorders. Formerly, she was an outpatient therapist in a community health setting, providing care for individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and diagnoses. She has worked with folks from diverse social, cultural, and racial backgrounds, and is passionate about working with clients from all walks of life.
