Sandra Kastantin, MA, CCC-SLP, is a veteran speech-language pathologist and the owner of KastanKids Speech and Language. She has experience in private pediatric clinics, early intervention, public school, and neuro-rehabilitation centers. She holds a Massachusetts license in Speech-Language Pathology and is a member of MSHA. Sandra has been a member of ASHA since 2001 and recently received her third ASHA ACE award.
Sandra began her career working with adults in rehabilitation after stroke and brain injury, focusing on issues such as aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, and executive functioning. In 2012, she transitioned into working in pediatric speech and language full-time. She is trained in the use of Prompts for Restructuring Oral-Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT), Orton-Gillingham, and Developmental Individual-differences Relationship-based (DIR)-Floortime. She offers both in-person and teletherapy services.
