About

Sarah Ebbs, LCSW, began her path to social work in various caretaking and helper roles. She eventually worked towards her professional license, where she has experience working with adults and young adults with various cognitive, intellectual, and social-emotional difficulties, as well as in a traditional adult outpatient therapy setting prior to her employment here at Harmony Bay Wellness.

Sarah treats preteens, teens and adults. She strives to always uphold the values of patient autonomy and cultural humility. As well as her work with people, she also enjoys spending time with animals and in the outdoors – a centering and grounding experience for her.
