I have nearly a decade of experience as a therapist and am fortunate to have trained with many brilliant and respected clinicians. My PhD is in Counseling Psychology, from University of Louisville, where I received in-depth academic and clinical training on mental health, psychosocial development, the process of psychotherapy, and more, and engaged in research on a variety of aspects of psychology and human experience. I completed three additional years of advanced clinical training as a health service psychologist and psychotherapist at Cambridge Health Alliance under the auspices of Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry. I opened my private consulting practice in 2020 and my private psychotherapy practice in 2021.

All services are being provided remotely via telehealth (video) or phone for the foreseeable future. I offer individual weekly or twice-weekly psychotherapy. I am an out-of-network provider, meaning that if you have a PPO, your insurance may reimburse you for our sessions - I can provide documentation to help with this. I also offer low fee sliding scale sessions. My rate is $250 per 50-minute session. I am an out-of-network provider for individuals with PPO insurance plans, which means many clients can be partially reimbursed for session fees. This rate also allows me to have a dedicated portion of my practice that is no- or low-fee sliding scale (starting at $75 per session).
Please note that my no- and low-fee slots for ongoing psychotherapy are currently full. (I am taking clients for single-session letter-writing for gender-affirming care, which I offer at no cost. Reach out by email if you’d like to be placed on a waiting list for low-fee sliding scale sessions, though I cannot give you a timeline on when weekly sessions will become available.
I offer basic psychosocial assessment to aid with diagnosis, conceptualization, and/or access to care. Assessment structures and fees are dependent on the purpose and time involved - please contact me to discuss.
I offer both case-based consultation and ongoing supervision to clinicians. I also offer didactic training to individuals and institutions across multiple areas of expertise.
